Features

Everything CineScope does, area by area.

Each area below exists because it removes a specific piece of daily friction: a guest who cannot find a manager, a fire inspection nobody logged, a duty manager who was not told, a week's schedule built by hand. Every one has its own page with the detail and the limits stated plainly.

Guest issue reporting

QR placards guests scan with the phone camera — no app, no account, about thirty seconds. Photos are checked before staff see them, reports are translated, and the guest keeps a link to follow what happened.

Questions about the feature set

What does CineScope actually do?

CineScope turns a guest walking past a QR placard into a case somebody works. Guests scan a location-specific placard to report a problem anonymously — no app and no account — and the report arrives already tagged with the building and the room. From there it is a worked case with assignment, notes, SLA tracking and a full history. Around that sit inspection and compliance records, guest sentiment and NPS placards, showtime scheduling and programming analytics for cinemas, role-scoped access for everyone from an owner to a maintenance engineer, and a read-only AI assistant connection.

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. A guest scans the placard with the phone camera, fills in a short form and is done in about thirty seconds. Nothing is installed, no sign-in is required, and no guest identity is stored.

Which features are cinema-only?

Showtime scheduling, programming and booking analytics, per-film guest ratings and POS-derived occupancy belong to the Cinema edition. Guest issue reporting, the case monitor, inspections and compliance, access control, exports and the mobile app are on both editions.

Is CineScope only for cinemas?

No. The Standalone edition serves any venue with rooms and places to look after — hotels, restaurants, apartment communities, gyms, self-storage, fuel and convenience sites and retail — with the film-specific parts removed and the vocabulary changed to match.

See what each edition includes on the pricing page, or read how it lands in a cinema circuit or another kind of venue.
