The circuit. Every building, every case, every score, plus the settings that decide how the rest of it behaves.
Roles and access
Support access is a customer-controlled switch, not a promise in a policy document. Above that sits ordinary role scoping: owners, account admins, admins, general managers and maintenance engineers, each seeing their own part of the circuit.

Only if an administrator at your circuit turns support access on. With the switch off, the CineScope support account cannot read your data — not for a diagnosis, not for a favour, not while you are on the phone. When you want help that needs it, you turn it on, and you turn it off again afterwards.
This is a procurement question, and most vendors answer it with a paragraph about internal policy. The answer here is a setting held by the customer.

Runs the account: people, roles, locations, placards and the switches — including the support access switch.
Day-to-day administration across the scope they are given, without the account-level controls.
Their own buildings and nothing else. A GM's pages are their sites; another region's cases are not hidden behind a filter they can clear, they are simply not theirs.
The work: cases assigned to them or their trade, with notes and photos, without the reporting surface built for owners.
Available for every account, alongside a configurable password policy.
On devices that support it — the realistic option for a duty manager unlocking a phone mid-shift.
Sign-in and account security activity on the record, separate from the per-case history of who worked what.
Users and admins are unlimited on every plan, so nobody shares a login to save a seat.
Not unless an administrator at your circuit turns it on. Support access is a customer-controlled switch: with it off, the CineScope support account cannot read your circuit's data. It is a procurement question most vendors answer with a policy document; here it is a setting you hold.
Owners, account admins, admins, general managers and maintenance engineers. Each sees their own scope — a general manager's pages cover their own buildings and nothing else, and an engineer sees the work assigned to them rather than the circuit's reporting.
Yes. Two-step verification is available, along with Face ID sign-in on devices that offer it and a configurable password policy.
Yes. A security event log records sign-in and account security activity, separately from the per-case history that records who worked what.
No. Scope is applied to the pages themselves, not as a filter a user can widen, so a manager's view is their own buildings.
An administrator at your circuit, at any time. The vendor cannot grant itself access, and turning it off ends it.
