Hotels & resorts — guest experience software

Hear it from the guest in 412 before it becomes a review.

The guest in 412 will not call the front desk about a dripping shower — they will mention it in the review after checkout. A placard by the door lets them tell you anonymously in 30 seconds, your team picks it up on their own schedule, and the guest can see it was acknowledged. That is the whole product: guests feel heard, and problems get logged instead of published. CineScope is guest experience and customer feedback software for multi-location operators: no app to download, no account to create — just a QR placard, an anonymous report, and AI triage that routes it to the person who can make it right.

A 20-minute walkthrough on your own locations. We reply within one business day, and every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.

What your guests actually report — and what it costs you when they don't

Placards go inside the guest room, in the elevator lobby, at the pool and fitness room, and in every public restroom — wherever a guest might notice something. Every scan is tagged to that exact room or area, so nobody has to describe where the problem is.

Room issues that never reach the desk

A dripping shower, a dead outlet by the bed, a thermostat stuck at 78, a TV remote that does nothing. Small enough that the guest won't call, big enough that it lands in the review.

Housekeeping misses

Missing towels, a bin not emptied, hair in the tub. Reported the minute the guest notices instead of the morning they leave.

Public-area failures

Pool chemicals off, sauna cold, gym treadmill down, lobby restroom out of soap, elevator making noise. All the things a guest sees before your engineer walks past.

Noise and neighbour complaints

Anonymous reporting means guests actually flag the party on 6 instead of enduring it and blaming you for it later.

Breakfast and F&B

Empty chafing dish, cold coffee, no gluten-free option. Routed to the F&B lead during service, not discovered in a comment card.

One screen, and the right person already has it.

A room report goes to engineering, a towel report to housekeeping, a cold buffet to F&B — automatically, based on the placard that was scanned and the category the guest picked. As customer feedback software it does the sorting for you: the AI Reviewer Agent groups the six reports about the same elevator into one case, a human confirms, and the on-shift engineer gets it on their phone. Your GM sees open cases by property, and your regional sees every property at once.

  • Unlimited users and unlimited custom QR placards at every location
  • Your own logo on the guest report form — the page your customers see is branded as your business, not ours
  • AI Reviewer Agent triages each report, a human confirms before dispatch
  • Auto-translation so guests report in their language and staff read yours
  • Guest trace link: Received → Being looked at → Resolved
  • Compliance tracker for fire, health, food and facility inspections
  • Role-based dashboards for admins, GMs and maintenance

Room- and area-level tagging

Each placard is bound to a room number, floor or public area, so a report arrives as "412 — bathroom" rather than "upstairs somewhere". Repeat offenders surface fast: if 412's shower is the third report this month, you see the pattern instead of re-fixing it.

Guest-language reporting

Auto-translation runs both directions, so an international guest reports in Mandarin or Spanish and your engineer reads it in English. For resort and airport properties this is usually the difference between a report and a shrug.

Brand-standard and inspection tracking

The compliance tracker holds your fire, pool, food-safety and brand-standard checks with due dates and evidence, so a franchise QA visit is a matter of pulling the log rather than reconstructing it.

Multi-property rollups

Role-based dashboards for regional directors, GMs, chief engineers and housekeeping leads. One property or forty, the same screen — and the rate per property drops as you add them.

Your branding

Your logo, your colours — everywhere in the app

The guest report form is yours, not ours. Your logo sits at the top of every form a customer opens from a placard or QR code, and your brand colour carries through the whole app — the guest form, the trace link they follow, the operator dashboard, the case monitor and every emailed report your team receives. It reads as your venue asking, not a third-party survey. Pick a sample below, drop in your own logo, or set a colour and watch this whole page repaint in your brand.

Brand colour

Every accent on this page — buttons, links, highlights — follows the colour you choose, exactly the way your brand colour follows through the entire app: guest form, trace link, dashboard, case monitor and reports. Previews stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded. PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.

The guest doesn't have to trust you — they can watch.

Every report gets a trace link. The guest sees Received, Being looked at, and Resolved without giving you a name, an email or a login — which is the difference between a fixed problem and a public review.

Hotels operator questions

Does the guest have to download an app or give us their name?
No. They scan the placard in the room, tap the problem, and send. Reports are anonymous — you only get what the guest types. That is exactly why they report the small things they would never call the desk about.
Does this replace our PMS or work-order system?
It does not replace a PMS. CineScope is the intake and dispatch layer between the guest and your team: it captures the report, routes it, tracks it to resolution and closes the loop with the guest. Most properties run it alongside their PMS.
Will this flood my front desk with notifications?
No. Reports never go to the desk by default — they route by category to engineering, housekeeping or F&B. The AI Reviewer Agent triages and groups repeats first, and a human confirms before anything is dispatched.
How is this better than our post-stay survey?
A survey tells you about a problem after the guest has left and after they have already scored you. A placard tells you during the stay, so you decide whether it's a quick fix now or a scheduled one later — either way they know you heard them.
How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes to be usable. You create the property, print unlimited custom QR placards for rooms and public areas, and invite your team. Users and placards are unlimited on every plan.
What does it cost for a portfolio?
Standalone starts at $79 per property per month billed annually, and the rate drops automatically as you add properties — the 10–24 and 25–49 bands are priced lower, and 50+ are quoted directly. Every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.
