Cinema edition

Guest feedback software for cinemas — wired into your POS data.

Guests scan the placard on the armrest and tell you the recliner is broken before they tell the internet. The guest sees their report was acknowledged, and you can track the work being done — from the same dashboard that shows tonight's occupancy and presales.

We'll walk the circuit view, your POS sync and showtime setup on a live screen. Backed by our 30-day guarantee.

Everything included

The full guest-feedback platform comes with Cinema — nothing is held back.

Every feature below is part of the Cinema edition, alongside the POS sync, showtime scheduler and seat-count tools.

Anonymous 30-second guest reports

Guests scan a QR placard and tell you what's wrong in under a minute — no app, no account, no name required — and get a private status link they can check later.

QR placards for any spot

Armrests, restroom doors, concession stands, lobby kiosks, box office. Every placard knows exactly where it lives, so reports arrive already located.

Auto-translate in both directions

The guest form detects the guest's language and translates itself for them. They type in their native language and every report is auto-translated to English inside the app.

AI Assistant trained on your data

Privately trained on your operation and yours alone. Ask "Which location has the most restroom complaints?" or "What problems keep coming back after being closed?" and get an answer, not a spreadsheet.

AI Reviewer Agent triage

Incoming reports are verified, scored for impact, grouped when several guests hit the same fault, and put in front of the right person for two-click dispatch.

One case monitor across every site

Every open, in-progress and closed case across your whole circuit in a single view, filterable by site, category, status and severity.

Your logo and brand colours

The guest-facing report form carries your own logo and colours, and that branding follows through the status link, the dashboard and emailed reports.

Compliance tracker and accountability

Recurring checks with timestamped completion, plus a per-person and per-site record of who handled what and how long it took.

Access everywhere, with notifications

Desktop and mobile web, plus email and text notifications so the right person hears about it whether they're on site, at home or on vacation.

We'll walk the circuit view, your POS sync and showtime setup on a live screen. Backed by our 30-day guarantee.

What the Cinema edition adds on top of everything else

Cinema includes the full Standalone platform — nothing is removed — and adds the exhibition pieces a circuit actually runs on. See Standalone by industry hotels, restaurants, apartments, gyms, self-storage, gas & convenience, retail, cinemas.

Your POS sync

Live occupancy, patron counts, presales and year-over-year comparisons pulled straight from your POS — no exports, no spreadsheets, no waiting for the morning report.

Showtime scheduler

Build and adjust the schedule in the same place you see demand, so a soft showtime gets moved before it plays to eleven people.

Seat-count optimizer

See which auditoriums are running the wrong capacity for the title and move the print to a house that fits it.

Seat-level guest reports

A placard on every seat, restroom door and concession stand. Guests report a broken recliner, a dark projector or a cold pretzel in 30 seconds, anonymously.

How a cinema night actually runs on CineScope — end to end

Six steps, from the placard on the armrest to the review that never gets written.

  1. 01

Placards go up where guests already sit

QR placards on armrests, in the lobby, at concessions and in the restrooms — branded to your circuit, unlimited on every plan. A guest scans in the dark without downloading anything.

Setup is same-day: print, place, done.

  2. 02

The guest reports in seconds, anonymously

Auditorium, seat area and issue type are pre-set on the placard, so the guest taps two options and adds a note. Auto-translate handles whatever language they type in.

Under 20 seconds, no app, no account.

  3. 03

The case lands on the floor manager's monitor

Instead of a vague "something's wrong in 6", the report arrives with the exact auditorium, seat area and issue type.

Routed to the right role, not a shared inbox.

  4. 04

    Your team handles it

Projection and sound go to the projectionist, spills and recliners to locations managers. You set what's urgent and what waits for the changeover — every status change is timestamped, with photos if your team adds them.

Average resolution measured per house, not guessed.

  5. 05

The guest knows they were heard

Their tracking link updates as the case moves, so the person in seat F12 can see it was acknowledged and where it stands — the single strongest reason they don't post a one-star review.

Acknowledgement is what defuses the review, not speed.

  6. 06

The circuit sees the pattern next morning

Auditorium-level reporting ties recurring issues to a screen, a film or a showtime, and the showtime scheduler plus seat-count optimizer turn that into presentation checks and ticket counts.

Trends by house, screen and showtime — exportable.

Risk reversal

Run this whole workflow for 30 days. If your circuit isn't resolving guest issues faster than it does today, you can walk away — no onboarding fee to write off, no per-user or per-placard charges, cancel anytime on monthly.

  • Unlimited users and placards, with your own logo on the guest report form
  • Your POS sync configured with you during onboarding
  • Auditorium-level history you can show a landlord or a franchisor
  • 30-day guarantee, with you live from day one

We'll walk the circuit view, your POS sync and showtime setup on a live screen. Backed by our 30-day guarantee.

Tonight's houses, live — not tomorrow's report.

Occupancy, patrons, presales and year-over-year come straight from your POS, so a GM can see a soft house and a broken auditorium in the same glance and act on both.

Your branding

Your circuit's logo and colours — everywhere in the app

The guest report form is yours, not ours. Your logo sits at the top of every form a customer opens from a placard or QR code, and your brand colour carries through the whole app — the guest form, the trace link they follow, the operator dashboard, the case monitor and every emailed report your team receives. It reads as your venue asking, not a third-party survey. Pick a sample below, drop in your own logo, or set a colour and watch this whole page repaint in your brand.

Brand colour

Every accent on this page — buttons, links, highlights — follows the colour you choose, exactly the way your brand colour follows through the entire app: guest form, trace link, dashboard, case monitor and reports. Previews stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded. PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.

FAQ

The things circuit owners and GMs ask before they put a placard on a seat.

Do guests have to download an app or give us their name?
No. They scan the QR placard on the armrest, restroom door or concession stand, tap the problem and send. Reports are anonymous — we only ask for what the guest types in.
What does the POS sync actually pull, and does it change anything in your POS?
The sync is read-only — CineScope never writes back to your POS or changes anything in it. It reads showtime, ticketing and auditorium data so guest reports arrive with the right auditorium, showtime and film attached instead of being pieced together by hand.
We do not have a connected POS. Can we still use CineScope?
Yes. The Standalone edition includes the full platform — QR reports, AI triage, auto-translation, guest trace links, compliance tracking and role-based dashboards — minus the POS-synced exhibition tools. Cinema adds your POS sync, the showtime scheduler and the seat-count optimizer on top. See the Standalone edition
Will this bury my managers in notifications?
The AI Reviewer Agent triages each report first and groups the repeats, then a human confirms before anything is dispatched. Managers act from one screen rather than a shared inbox.
How long does setup take, and who has to be involved?
In less than 5 minutes your CineScope experience is ready to use. You create locations, print unlimited custom QR placards and invite your team — users and placards are unlimited on every plan.
Our guests do not all speak English.
Guests report in their language and your team reads yours. Auto-translation runs in both directions, so a Spanish or Chinese report arrives in English on the operator side.
What does it cost across a circuit?
Cinema starts at $149 per location per month billed annually, and the rate drops automatically as you add locations — the 10–24 and 25–49 bands are priced lower, and 50+ locations are quoted directly. Every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.
Does the guest ever hear back?
Each report gets a trace link that moves through Received, Being looked at and Resolved, so the guest sees the fix happen instead of writing a public review about it.
