Apartments & multifamily — resident experience software
Hear it from your residents before renewal season decides it.
A resident will not file a portal ticket about the dark parking-garage stairwell or the gym treadmill that's been down for a month — but they will remember both at renewal. A placard in every amenity space and common area lets them tell you in 30 seconds and watch it get fixed. Residents feel heard, and that is what shows up in renewals and reviews. CineScope is guest experience and customer feedback software for multi-location operators: no app to download, no account to create — just a QR placard, an anonymous report, and AI triage that routes it to the person who can make it right.
A 20-minute walkthrough on your own locations. We reply within one business day, and every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.
Start on a paid plan. If resolved cases don't exceed last month in 30 days, full refund — no credit card hold, cancel anytime on monthly.

What your residents actually report — and what it costs you when they don't
Placards go in the mail room, gym, pool, clubhouse, laundry, elevator lobbies, garage and stairwells — everywhere a resident passes through daily. Every scan is tagged to that exact building and space, so a ticket never arrives as "the light by the thing is out".
Common-area and safety issues
Dark stairwell, propped exterior door, broken gate, garage light out, ice on the walkway. The things residents notice daily and report never, until they turn into a liability conversation.
Amenities down
Treadmill broken, pool cloudy, two of six washers dead, clubhouse WiFi down. You are charging for these amenities every month they sit broken.
Package and mail room
Overflowing parcel area, broken locker, mail room door not latching. Small, constant, and one of the top drivers of resident complaints.
Trash and valet
Chute jammed, compactor full, valet trash missed on the third floor. Reported the evening it happens instead of at Saturday's walk.
In-unit requests
Residents can file a unit request from the same placard flow — no portal login, no app, no password reset call to the office.
One screen, and the right person already has it.
An amenity report goes to the maintenance tech on shift, a safety issue to the property manager, a valet-trash miss to the vendor contact — automatically, based on the placard scanned and the category chosen. As customer feedback software it does the sorting for you: the AI Reviewer Agent collapses the nine reports about the same washer into one case, a human confirms, and it lands on the right phone. PMs see their property; regionals see the whole portfolio at once.
- Unlimited users and unlimited custom QR placards at every location
- Your own logo on the guest report form — the page your customers see is branded as your business, not ours
- AI Reviewer Agent triages each report, a human confirms before dispatch
- Auto-translation so residents report in their language and staff read yours
- Resident trace link: Received → Being looked at → Resolved
- Compliance tracker for fire, health, food and facility inspections
- Role-based dashboards for admins, GMs and maintenance

Every property, one queue — 21 reports awaiting review across 6 communities.

Building- and space-level tagging
Each placard is bound to a building, floor or amenity, so reports arrive as "Building C — laundry, washer 4". Repeats become evidence: a washer reported nine times in a month is a capex decision, not a ninth service call.
No portal, no login, no app
The single biggest reason resident maintenance requests go unfiled is friction. Scanning a placard takes 30 seconds and needs no account, so you hear about problems while they are cheap.
Turn, inspection and compliance tracking
The compliance tracker holds fire, elevator, pool, boiler and unit-inspection dates with due dates and photo evidence attached, so an owner report or an insurance review is a matter of pulling the log.
Portfolio rollups
Role-based dashboards for owners, regional managers, PMs and maintenance supers. One community or forty, the same screen — and the rate per property drops as you add them.
Your branding
Your logo, your colours — everywhere in the app
The guest report form is yours, not ours. Your logo sits at the top of every form a customer opens from a placard or QR code, and your brand colour carries through the whole app — the guest form, the trace link they follow, the operator dashboard, the case monitor and every emailed report your team receives. It reads as your venue asking, not a third-party survey. Pick a sample below, drop in your own logo, or set a colour and watch this whole page repaint in your brand.
Brand colour
Every accent on this page — buttons, links, highlights — follows the colour you choose, exactly the way your brand colour follows through the entire app: guest form, trace link, dashboard, case monitor and reports. Previews stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded. PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.

The resident doesn't have to trust you — they can watch.
Every report gets a trace link. The resident sees Received, Being looked at, and Resolved without giving you a name, an email or a login — which is the difference between a fixed problem and a public review.

Apartments operator questions
- Does this replace our property management software?
- No. Yardi, Entrata, AppFolio and the rest stay where they are. CineScope is the intake and dispatch layer that gets a problem out of a resident's head and onto the right tech's phone, then closes the loop visibly.
- Why would residents use this instead of the resident portal?
- Because there is no login. A portal request needs an account, a password and the will to find the right menu; a placard needs a phone camera and 30 seconds. That gap is where all your unreported common-area problems live.
- Are reports anonymous? We need to know whose unit it is.
- Common-area reports are anonymous by design, which is why you get so many more of them. For an in-unit request the resident can add their unit and contact details in the same flow so a tech can be let in.
- Will this bury my property manager?
- The AI Reviewer Agent triages and groups duplicates before anything is dispatched, and a human confirms. Most reports route straight to maintenance and never touch the PM's queue at all.
- Our residents don't all speak English.
- Auto-translation runs both directions. A resident reports in Spanish or Vietnamese, your tech reads it in English, and the resolution note goes back in their language.
- What does it cost across a portfolio?
- Standalone starts at $79 per property per month billed annually, and the rate drops automatically as you add properties — the 10–24 and 25–49 bands are priced lower, and 50+ are quoted directly. Every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.
