Gas stations & convenience stores — customer feedback software
Your customers are back on the road before anyone hears a word.
Nobody walks inside to tell a single clerk that pump 6 declines every card, the restroom is out of paper, or the coffee urns have been empty since 6am. They fuel up, drive off, and pick a different corner tomorrow. A placard on the pump, the restroom door and the coffee bar lets them tell you in 30 seconds and see that it was acknowledged — that is what keeps the same cars coming back. CineScope is guest experience and customer feedback software for multi-location operators: no app to download, no account to create — just a QR placard, an anonymous report, and AI triage that routes it to the person who can make it right.
A 20-minute walkthrough on your own locations. We reply within one business day, and every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.
Start on a paid plan. If resolved cases don't exceed last month in 30 days, full refund — no credit card hold, cancel anytime on monthly.

What your customers actually report — and what it costs you when they don't
Placards go on every pump and card reader, the restroom door, the coffee bar and fountain, the car-wash and vacuum bays, and by the register. Every scan is tagged to that exact store and position, so a report never arrives as "one of the pumps is broken".
Pumps and card readers
A reader that declines every card, a nozzle that trickles, a receipt printer out of paper. Customers drive off rather than come inside, and the pump keeps failing all day.
Restrooms
Out of paper, no soap, standing water, a smell. For a fuel stop this is the single biggest reason a driver picks the next exit instead — and the thing nobody mentions at the counter.
Coffee bar and fountain
Empty urns at the morning rush, no lids, fountain out of ice or syrup. Your highest-margin items, quietly unavailable.
Out of stock and pricing
The pump price and the sign not matching, an empty cooler, a promo tag on an item that rings up higher. Reported while the customer is still on the forecourt.
Car wash, air and vacuum
Paid for a wash and the bay door never opened, vacuums dead, air machine eating quarters. Refund and repair handled as one case instead of a chargeback.
One screen, and the right person already has it.
A pump or reader fault goes to the technician who services that dispenser, a restroom report to the shift lead on duty, a car-wash refund to the store manager — automatically, based on the placard scanned and the category chosen. As customer feedback software it does the sorting for you: the AI Reviewer Agent collapses the nine reports about pump 6 into one case, a human confirms, and it lands on the right phone. Store managers see their site; district managers see every store at once.
- Unlimited users and unlimited custom QR placards at every location
- Your own logo on the guest report form — the page your customers see is branded as your business, not ours
- AI Reviewer Agent triages each report, a human confirms before dispatch
- Auto-translation so customers report in their language and staff read yours
- Customer trace link: Received → Being looked at → Resolved
- Compliance tracker for fire, health, food and facility inspections
- Role-based dashboards for admins, GMs and maintenance

Every store, one queue — 21 reports awaiting review across 6 sites.

Pump- and position-level tagging
Each placard is bound to a pump, bay, restroom or coffee bar, so reports arrive as "forecourt — pump 6, card reader". Repeats become evidence: a reader reported nine times in a month is a replacement decision, not a ninth reset.
Built for a one-clerk store
Nobody has to leave the register to take a complaint or chase a manager. The report is captured, triaged and routed on its own, and the clerk sees only what is theirs to do.
Your own logo and colours on the report form
The page your customers see carries your brand's logo and colours — on the guest form, the trace link and the emailed updates — not ours. It reads like your store, because it is.
Multi-store and district rollups
Role-based dashboards for owners, district managers, store managers and maintenance. One store or fifty, the same screen — and the rate per store drops as you add them.
Your branding
Your logo, your colours — everywhere in the app
The guest report form is yours, not ours. Your logo sits at the top of every form a customer opens from a placard or QR code, and your brand colour carries through the whole app — the guest form, the trace link they follow, the operator dashboard, the case monitor and every emailed report your team receives. It reads as your venue asking, not a third-party survey. Pick a sample below, drop in your own logo, or set a colour and watch this whole page repaint in your brand.
Brand colour
Every accent on this page — buttons, links, highlights — follows the colour you choose, exactly the way your brand colour follows through the entire app: guest form, trace link, dashboard, case monitor and reports. Previews stay in your browser; nothing is uploaded. PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best.

Every report gets a trace link. The customer sees Received, Being looked at, and Resolved without giving you a name, an email or a login — which is the difference between a fixed problem and a public review.

Gas & convenience operator questions
- Do customers need an app or a loyalty account?
- No. They scan the placard on the pump or restroom door, tap what's wrong and send. Reports are anonymous — you get only what they type, which is exactly why they flag the restroom instead of reviewing it.
- Does this replace our POS or fuel-management system?
- No. Your POS, fuel controller and back-office stay exactly where they are. CineScope is the intake and dispatch layer between the customer on the forecourt and whoever can fix it.
- Our stores are staffed by one person overnight. Will this bury them?
- The AI Reviewer Agent triages and groups duplicates before anything is dispatched, and a human confirms. Most reports route straight to the manager or the pump technician and never interrupt the clerk at all.
- Can we handle car-wash refund requests through it?
- Yes. A failed-wash report arrives tagged to that bay with the time, so the manager can approve a refund and log the fault as one case rather than two conversations.
- Many of our customers don't speak English.
- Auto-translation runs both directions. A customer reports in Spanish or Punjabi, your manager reads it in English, and the resolution note goes back in their language.
- What does it cost across a chain?
- Standalone starts at $79 per store per month billed annually, and the rate drops automatically as you add sites — the 10–24 and 25–49 bands are priced lower, and 50+ are quoted directly. Every plan is backed by our 30-day guarantee.
